Elit Vadi

The Elit Vadi project is located in S.S. Dodurga neighborhood, one of Ankara's new favorite neighborhoods. It is being developed jointly with Profit Yapı Cooperative.

It is aimed to build 290 independent units of housing on a total construction area of 30,000 m² on a land with a 10,000 m² residential zoning and 1.75 comparable plot, located on island 29804, parcel 6, in Dodurga neighborhood, Çankaya district, Ankara.

The construction of the project, which will have a total landscape area of 7,500 m², is planned to start in June 2024.

This modern project, designed by Hatırlı Architecture, is ambitious enough to change the atmosphere of the region and add a new dimension with its design.
