Elit Vadi
The Elit Vadi project is being jointly developed with S.S. Profit Yapı Cooperative in Dodurga, one of Ankara’s newly popular neighborhoods.
The project aims to construct 117 independent residential units across a total construction area of 25,000 m². It is located on a 10,000 m² residentially zoned plot with a 1.75 precedent (FAR) at plot 6, block 29804 in the Dodurga neighborhood of Çankaya, Ankara.
Construction is planned to begin in 2026, and the project will feature a total of 5,000 m² of landscaped green space.
Designed by Gökhan Aksoy Architecture, this modern project is ambitious enough to completely transform the atmosphere of the region and bring a brand-new dimension to the area with its design.
